Questions

Does U.C.M scan Japanese Pokémon cards?

Yes. U.C.M reads both English and Japanese Pokémon cards. Where the Japanese print has its own market price, U.C.M shows it.

Can U.C.M tell a regular card from a reverse holo or illustration rare?

U.C.M looks for the exact print using the card's number and artwork. When a few prints look alike, it shows the closest matches side by side so you can pick the right one.

Is the Pokémon card scanner free?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 scans per day, your collection and the weekly news. U.C.M Ultra adds unlimited scans, every graded price and full Market Place access.

Where do U.C.M's Pokémon prices come from?

Prices are market estimates based on recent sales of the same card, refreshed throughout the day. They are a guide, and a card's real value also depends on its condition.

U.C.M also covers One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super and Digimon. More answers are in the FAQ.
